The supply and installation of new Automatic Fare Collection and Passenger Information Systems for Mwasalat Misr Bus Operator in Cairo, Egpypt is being implemented by AMCO.

The first phase of the project that is currently implemented for 46 buses includes:

• ML301-LX driver console
• SV-100-D bus validator with smart card reader and embedded thermal printer
• AM21EX10 on-board TFT-LCD displays for passenger information
• Automatic Fare Collection System back-office software
• AVL/PIS software

The second phase of the project includes 74 more buses is expected to begin within summer.
