AMCO SA signed a contract with Municipality of Kifissia for the procurement and installation of an On-Street Parking Management System.

The project involves the supply of an integrated on-street parking management system which will provide real time parking availability information to the drivers, via multiple information channels.

The system to be developed under the project will allow:

• Information about the availability of on-street parking spaces, via multiple channels.
• Routing of the drivers to available parking spaces via mobile application for smartphones.
• Control of special parking spaces (e.g. disabled people, loading)

During this project, AMCO will install magnetic parking sensors in each parking space, electronic LED displays which will inform the drivers in real time about the availability of parking spaces, and special parking spaces validation devices.
The management of the equipment will be done using a back-office software which will allow the dissemination of information in multiple information channels (internet, smartphones, electronic LED displays).
